We offer all UK customers the very reliable Royal Mail Special Delivery - free with all orders, which is fully insured for the value of the order. This service is also fully trackable and we can track your item to your door.
Following despatch, delivery is next day on all items. For international orders Royal Mail Airsure is seven pounds, with an after despatch delivery of approximately 5 days.
You will receive an email when your order has been despatched.
If you are not in to receive the delivery, your local post operator will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or you can collect it from your local sorting office (most open until 8pm weekdays).
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item back. At which point, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-send the item or for you to cancel the order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you in full, the cost incurred returning the item to us. All deliveries are fully trackable and insured and in the unlikely event of your watch being lost in the post, we will immediately despatch a replacement.
Upto 30 days following receipt of the watch you may return the watch for an exchange or full refund. Please contact our customer service department before returning the watch.
Products must be returned to us with all the original packaging (CD-ROMs, manufacturer's manual and guarantee) and in original condition. You should return it to us by insured delivery.
In the unusual event that you receive a watch that is defective or is not the model you ordered then you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
